• Meet standard NCSA academic and athletic qualifications
• Demonstrate a strong desire and commitment to play collegiate athletics

I hereby represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and of sound mind and body, and I am the legal guardian or parent of the Minor student-athlete (“Minor”) applying for the All In Award. I have fully reviewed, understand and agree to the terms of the IMG Academy Privacy Policy and Terms and Condition of Use.

In addition, I give IMG Academy, LLC, and its representatives, successors, assigns, licensees, employees, and any person, corporation or entity acting under its permission or with its authority, or for whom it might be acting the irrevocable and perpetual right, permission, and license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and/or otherwise use: (i) the Minor’s name; and (ii) any still or moving photographic image, likeness, or sound recording of the Minor for any Released Party’s commercial and non-commercial purposes. I acknowledge that I’m signing this freely and voluntarily and that I intend by my signing this Agreement for myself and the Minor to be bound by this Agreement to the fullest extent allowed by law.
